About

Andrea is a Colorado native and started her career as a paralegal doing real estate title research for a data company in 1995. She decided she didn’t want to work in a traditional paralegal role and quickly shifted directions by earning her real estate broker’s license in 1997. She worked as a salesperson and trainer for builders and in existing home sales as both a broker-owner and an associate through other brokerages. 

While she has been a top producer earning multiple awards for sales and volume but never had an interest in being a “Top 1%” broker as she believes the quality of client relationships is more important than the number of transactions closed. She frequently sits among the top 5% of Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) brokers. 

As a Colorado native, she feels she has a unique advantage in that she is familiar with neighborhoods from Parker to Boulder and everywhere in between. Further, working in both new home and resale properties, she understands and can advise on the pros and cons of both. Her training and education, coupled with experience in the industry, have resulted in long-term client relationships and some of the highest satisfaction ratings in the industry. 

She enjoys being a secret author, ghostwriter, world travel, and cooking. She has a wonderful husband of over 30 years and two great kids. Her fur babies include a Covid-19 German Shepherd adoption (Freya) and a cat (Willow).
